Design AI-powered legal technology experiences as a Senior UX Designer in Litera’s hybrid Toronto office, using research and product analytics.
You will own end-to-end design for a core product area at Litera. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Legal SMEs to frame problems, align stakeholders, and deliver experiences across Microsoft add-ins, web, and mobile. Your work will support live-product iteration and elevate design maturity through user-centered processes.
Key Responsibilities: Own design from research and problem framing through release
Shape product problems, scope, assumptions, and priorities
Align Product, Legal SMEs, and Engineering stakeholders
Use analytics, research, and domain expertise for decisions
Improve design processes and raise quality standards
Requirements: Five-plus years as a UX or Product Designer
Track record shipping and iterating live products
B2B SaaS experience elevating design maturity
Working knowledge of AI design principles
Microsoft ecosystem and Pendo experience
Shape complex LegalTech workflows through thoughtful UX design, cross-functional collaboration, AI principles, and evidence-based product decisions.
