Lead construction delivery with Clark Builders from Edmonton to Fort Saskatchewan, applying project management and contract document expertise. Help maintain schedule, budget, and quality.
As Project Manager, you will evaluate information needed to construct core projects according to contract requirements. You will support preconstruction, coordinate project teams, and manage communication with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and owners. The role reports to a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in design reviews, tendering, bid levelling, and project launch
Manage budgets, forecasts, progress reporting, and change orders
Chair OAC, trade coordination, and project team meetings
Manage submittals, shop drawings, inspections, and quality control




Oversee commissioning, handover, training, and financial closeout
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or certificate with four years related experience
Interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules
Understand Building Information Modeling and lean technologies
Demonstrate communication, leadership, teamwork, and active listening skills
Apply project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Bring construction coordination, contract administration, and project management expertise to Clark Builders’ Alberta projects and teams.
