Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Principal Strategist owns AI use across requirements analysis, configuration, integration, and testing. The role transforms identified ideas into tools, techniques, and playbooks for distributed services teams. It also coordinates adoption across regions and maintains alignment with enterprise AI and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities: Set AI approaches for analysis, configuration, integration, and testing
Build governance for approved tools, reviews, and human sign-off
Develop reusable workflows for rules, SQL, stories, and tests
Deploy standards across global delivery regions




Report compliance and effort-reduction metrics to leadership
Requirements: 10+ years in enterprise software delivery
Meaningful experience developing systems using AI
Experience across requirements, configuration, integration, and testing
Experience introducing AI or automation beyond piloting
Ability to influence adoption across regions without direct reports
