As Change Lead within the Talent Strategy team, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives. You will support large-scale initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. The work includes readiness assessments, communications, training, governance, and evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities: Develop change strategies, communications, readiness assessments, and governance frameworks
Support leaders through change and build trusted relationships
Design and deliver training and change support initiatives
Lead project teams and mentor colleagues




Monitor change success, risks, opportunities, and stakeholder concerns
Requirements: University education in a relevant discipline
Seven years managing complex change or improvement initiatives
Transformation change experience, ideally in regulated environments
Change management and communication subject matter expertise
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
