This Team Lead manages engineers and technicians across Mobility projects. The position combines transportation planning, traffic engineering, client relationship management, and proposal preparation. You will guide project delivery while applying local and provincial standards, codes, methods, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Manage engineers and technicians using corporate methods and procedures
Coordinate project teams with other Mobility managers
Maintain client relationships and prepare competitive service proposals
Lead projects from proposals through final delivery
Supervise transportation activities,



budgets, schedules, and service quality
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
Ontario Skilled Engineer registration or eligibility
Minimum 10 years in transportation planning or traffic engineering
Knowledge of local and provincial transportation engineering standards
Management, leadership, interpersonal, and English communication abilities
