Key Responsibilities: Build pipelines supporting AI data generation and collection
Maintain infrastructure for evaluation workflows
Refine rubrics for preference-data evaluation
Review preference data and identify subtle quality issues
Write actionable technical findings and recommendations
Requirements: Hands-on preference-data collection or rubric-creation experience
Experience navigating or contributing to large codebases
AI or LLM evaluation engineering experience preferred

Must not currently work with Microsoft
