As Associate Principal, you will lead the electrical team across building projects from concept through construction. Your work combines power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, project management, and client-facing responsibilities. P.Eng. registration with EGBC is required.
Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical design, analysis, and consultancy across project stages
Manage drawings, specifications, and technical documentation deliverables
Review contracts, shop drawings, and technical submissions
Coordinate contractors, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams




Mentor staff and support business development activities
Requirements: Registered P.Eng. with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia
Ten-plus years of electrical building systems design experience
Expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and emergency power
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Leadership, project management, and client-facing experience
