Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director leads HR Services, HR Technology, and HR Data and Analytics. This transformational leader modernizes operations through automation, process improvement, governance, and digital enablement. The mandate includes strategic oversight of systems, analytics, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a contemporary HR service delivery operating model
Oversee centralized intake, case management, escalations, and metrics
Develop the HR technology strategy and roadmap
Lead HR systems enhancements, integrations, governance, and vendors




Deliver workforce insights, dashboards, reporting, and predictive analytics
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Significant leadership in HR Operations, Technology, or Services
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Systems
Enterprise HRIS or HCM experience with platforms such as Dayforce
Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
Bring HR operations leadership, technology strategy, analytics expertise, and transformation experience to the GTAA at Toronto Pearson.
