Jeppesen ForeFlight seeks a customer-facing Senior Project Manager reporting to the Senior Manager of Implementation. You will manage multiple projects and programs across the Americas, applying project and program management, schedule management, and cross-functional leadership. The role also includes mentoring junior Project Managers and traveling between global offices and customer locations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer software implementation projects and programs
Create and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
Coordinate Boeing, Jeppesen, vendor, partner, and department activities




Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation actions
Manage scope, communications, expectations, and customer changes
Requirements: 10 or more years of related work experience
At least seven years of project management experience
At least five years of customer-facing experience
Ability to travel 20 to 40 percent
Experience with complex technical software implementations preferred
Apply project leadership, customer communication, and implementation expertise while mentoring teams and delivering software programs across the Americas.
