As Senior Advisor, Professional Practice and Operational Support, you will support strategies used across Desjardins Group. Your work combines internal audit expertise, risk management knowledge, and influential leadership. You will help develop auditors’ skills through training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Develop audit methodology and skilled tools aligned with IIA standards
Advise teams on complex internal audit practice issues
Design and facilitate auditor training activities
Represent DGMO in cross-functional lines-of-defence initiatives




Monitor best practices and recommend audit function improvements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least eight years of relevant experience
Significant internal audit or risk management experience
Methodology, training program, or professional framework development experience
CIA, CPA, or another relevant designation completed or in progress
Use internal audit expertise, IIA standards, and people development skills to strengthen practices across Desjardins Group.
