The Sales Manager oversees department performance at OpenRoad Toyota Peace Arch. The work includes analyzing operations, structuring vehicle transactions, and managing customer experiences. It also requires daily collaboration with sales associates, regular meetings, and adherence to regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and dealer processes. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, plan, control, and execute Sales Department operations Conduct manager introductions, conflict management,
