You will have the opportunity to manage an active portfolio of searches and take on additional mandates as your experience and capacity develop. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage the recruitment process from client intake through placement. This includes clarifying hiring requirements, sourcing and assessing candidates, presenting qualified talent and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the process.
