Job Description Salesforce Communications Cloud Architect Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2–3 Days WFO) Skills: Salesforce Communications Cloud Experience Required: 10+ Years Role Description Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud platforms.

Design Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Order Management, and Digital Commerce solutions.

Define integration architecture with OSS/BSS, CRM, ERP, middleware, and third-party systems.

Drive scalability, performance, security, and governance standards.

Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.

Ensure alignment with TM Forum standards and telecom industry best practices.

Support estimation, roadmap planning, and digital transformation initiatives.

Essential Skills Required Skills 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Communications Cloud (Vlocity).

Hands-on experience with EPC, CPQ,



Order Management, and Industries processes.

Strong knowledge of Omni

Studio (Omni

Scripts, Flex

Cards, Data

Raptors, Integration Procedures).

Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.

Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS, ERP, and external platforms.

Solid understanding of telecom business processes such as Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash.

Experience with CI/CD, Dev

Ops, and Salesforce deployment methodologies.

Preferred Skills Salesforce Application/System Architect certification.

Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud) certifications.

Mule

Soft integration experience.

Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and SID model.

Experience with large-scale telecom transformation programs.
