The role ensures that all business requirements are met by team members and projects and contributes to the global evolution of CN's Technology. Clients can be from within Technology or direct lines of business. The incumbent must connect the dots between application,



telecom, infrastructure, and business processes. The key is to ensure that the technology delivered is secure, reliable, available, resilient, performant, and aligned with safety standards as per business requirements. The incumbent works with teams and stakeholders across CN and across the industry. To be successful, the person needs strong influential skills in order to align stakeholders and Integrators with the goals set by CN leadership.Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipContribute to solution designs by identifying the existing capabilities and sharing it with Solution / System Designers.Provide guidance on required deployment tasks.Estimate the overall solution costs (e.G. telecom, Sand C, vendor, infrastructure, development, etc.) and share information with the Project Manager and stakeholders.Create technical diagrams and find ways to improve them.Work with Project Managers during the planning phases and identify skillsets and challenges applicable to deployments.Deploy solutions based on the Service Catalog within domain(s) of expertise and feed the Architecture teams when solutions are not available.Technology Innovation LeadershipSupport and supervise change controls done by less experienced team members.Lab-test new configurations and software.
