As Vice President, Strategy and Delivery, you will shape EQ’s three-year Personal Bank strategy and execution backbone. The role leads the divisional PMO, prioritizes CapEx investment, and strengthens core profitability behaviours. You will partner with business, product, Finance, Digital, Risk, and Enterprise Technology leaders to align priorities with OKRs and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Define three-year strategy across products, experience, and loyalty expansion

Lead PMO delivery, capital prioritization, and quarterly planning

Prepare board materials and executive progress updates





Govern loyalty points usage and decision-making

Manage strategic programs from concepts to fundable cases

Requirements

10+ years in corporate strategy and financial services

Experience scaling PMO or delivery functions

Robust portfolio-level capital planning and financial acumen

Proven people leadership building teams from scratch

Ability to influence senior executives amid ambiguity
