Our banking client is seeking a Mobile QE (7+ years) to support automated testing across iOS and Android applications using WebdriverIO, Appium, and API automation frameworks This hands-on contract role focuses on mobile automation testing across Android and iOS workflows, with robust emphasis on automation coverage, API testing, and quality engineering execution.

The role supports critical onboarding functionality within a large-scale banking environment and partners closely with delivery teams across multiple testing streams.

Contract, Toronto, Working Hours: EST (5-days in office) Must Haves 7+ years in Mobile QA supporting iOS and Android applications Hands-on automation testing with Appium , WebdriverIO , Selenium, or equivalent tools API REST/SOAP testing and automation using REST Assured , Postman , or Karate Working knowledge of Java , Java

Script , and Python scripting Experience with Agile , Waterfall, SDLC,



and TDLC methodologies Nice to Have Test planning and management using JIRA, X-Ray, Micro Focus, or similar platforms Accessibility, user acceptance, and production acceptance testing exposure Experience contributing to automation coverage and testing efficiency improvements Responsibilities Execute automated testing across iOS and Android applications Perform API REST/SOAP testing and automation activities Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts across multiple applications and devices Collaborate with delivery teams on functional, non-functional, integration, API, regression, accessibility, user acceptance, and production acceptance testing Log and track defects through completion Provide testing updates and sign-offs Contribute to innovation initiatives within quality engineering activities
