Emberley Fireplace is looking for a Warehouse and Sales Advisor with the passion for organization and customer service.

- Perform general warehouse duties, including cycle counting, getting parts ready for use, and loading/unloading trucks.
- Manage incoming shipments, ensuring all packages are accurately logged and tracked.
- Operate warehouse equipment including a forklift to facilitate heavy lifting and movement of stock.
- Participate in order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods with supporting documentation.
- Compare stock quantities in system against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist customers in the retail store by providing in-depth product knowledge and answering questions.
- Providing quotations and follow up for customers inquiring on install and cash/carry sales for our extensive lines of Hearth Products.
- Process purchases, returns and exchanges.
- Answering phones.
- Operating POS System.

Ideal skills for this role are customer service, inventory, warehouse operation, and showroom sales.



Hours are 9am to 5pm.
