Lead patient food services at Rockyview General Hospital using staff supervision, scheduling, and therapeutic diet knowledge. This temporary part-time role follows rotating shifts.

The Patient Food Service Supervisor reports to the Manager of Patient Food Services. You will coordinate daily site activities, supervise front-line staff, and maintain effective operations. Key work includes recruitment, training, payroll, inventory management, and clinical diet communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day Patient Food Services activities
• Supervise, recruit, train, schedule, and manage front-line employees
• Monitor budgets, inventory, performance targets, and food service quality
• Process adult and infant formula orders accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum three years leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Diploma or degree in dietetics, nutrition, food service management, or dietary technology
• Experience hiring, scheduling, and directing assigned employees
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
