We are committed to continuous innovation and operational excellence.The RoleConveyor Belt Splicer will lead junior technicians to perform service works at customer sites, including installation and vulcanization of conveyor belts, lagging of pulleys, installation of repair fasteners, and related tasks.You will travel regularly to quarries, mines, and cement plants to ensure customers are up and running quickly and efficiently.This role requires leadership skills and the ability to work away from the office/warehouse setting as a team with limited supervision.Language: EnglishEducation / QualificationsCompletion of secondary schoolGeneral mechanical aptitudeMinimum 2 years of experience in conveyor belt splicing or rubber liningExperience working outdoors (cold, heat, noise) in a physically demanding roleAbility to lift 60+ lbs. with the assistance of another personStrong work ethic,
