You will be responsible for packing, organizing, and preparing event materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment. Pack and organize event items such as decor, equipment, and materials according to order specifications.



Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks for event deliveries and pickups.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure productive inventory management and order accuracy. Conduct quality checks on all packed items, ensuring that they meet company standards. Follow company procedures for packing, labeling, and storing items.

Communicate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues related to inventory or packing. Help maintain inventory records and report any damaged or missing items to the Warehouse Manager. Valid forklift certification/accreditation required Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak event times.

Reliable source of transportation Warehouse environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements. Standard 8-hour shifts with the potential for overtime during busy periods. #
