As our Warehouse & Inventory Specialist in the Grain Systems Division , you’ll be the key player making sure materials flow smoothly in and out of our warehouse, safely and accurately. Full-Cycle Shipping & Receiving: Prepare outgoing shipments with accurate labels, packaging, and paperwork, while receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming freight against purchase orders. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely to load, unload, and stage products.

Partner with freight carriers and couriers to coordinate daily pickups, deliveries, and routing to keep logistics running on schedule.

Inventory Management & Audits: Maintain organized warehouse stock, manage cycle counts, assist with full inventory audits, and keep stock records pinpoint accurate. 3+ years of experience in full-cycle shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and hands-on inventory management. ~ Forklift Experience:



Proven experience operating material-handling equipment, along with a valid forklift certification. ~ A sharp eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and proficiency with inventory tracking systems/software. ~ Physical Capability: Physical stamina and the ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy warehouse materials. ~ A focus on workplace safety, continuous improvement, and maintaining a efficient working environment.
