The Estimator is responsible for greeting customers, accurately assessing damage to vehicles, and providing repair estimates as per insurance guidelines and standards of Drive Autogroup. Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.

Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors. Engage in communications with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. High school diploma and certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
