Design reliable AI infrastructure for Walt Disney Animation Studios, using observability and automation to support artists’ production workflows in British Columbia.
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, implement, and operate scalable on-premises and cloud-native infrastructure. The SRE team improves service availability, latency, performance, and observability across the studio. You will translate stakeholder requirements into production-ready platform solutions and support AI-powered tools and machine learning infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Design and support on-premises and cloud-native deployments
Deploy and operate production AI and machine learning infrastructure
Develop telemetry, alerting, and operational runbooks
Build tooling to diagnose platform and service issues




Evaluate technologies and document reusable operational patterns
Requirements: Five or more years in SRE, DevOps, or related disciplines
Expertise in distributed systems, networking, and capacity planning
Proficiency administering, troubleshooting, and securing UNIX or Linux
Experience with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and AI metrics
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and infrastructure automation
Apply reliability engineering, AI infrastructure, observability, and automation expertise to Walt Disney Animation Studios’ creative systems.
