This manager role oversees people systems within an established real estate organization. You will partner with HR leadership, Compensation, Payroll and People teams to strengthen capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee SAP SuccessFactors, ADP and ATS administration
Lead HRIS implementations, integrations, migrations and improvements
Develop workforce reports, dashboards and analytics
Manage vendors, upgrades, testing and complex troubleshooting
Guide a Business Analyst and support system adoption




Requirements: 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience
Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors administration and enhancement expertise
Experience with implementations, integrations, migrations or major improvements
Knowledge of ADP, ATS platforms, HR data and Microsoft Office
Robust reporting, stakeholder communication and analytical capabilities
