Key Responsibilities: Manage active deals through the investment process
Conduct financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and technology reviews
Screen inbound opportunities and source investments
Produce research, presentations, white papers, and investment memos
Coordinate legal, accounting,



portfolio, and pipeline activities
Requirements: Two or more years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or technology
Experience with financial analysis, valuation, and investment diligence
Knowledge of venture capital, startups, and emerging technology markets
Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Bachelor's degree and effective communication skills
