As Senior Health and Safety Specialist, you will support construction, industrial, mining, and other operational teams. The work includes inspections, incident investigations, training, compliance support, and safety program improvement. You will advise managers, supervisors, employees, and project teams on legislation, company standards, hazard controls, and secure work practices.
Key Responsibilities: Implement, monitor, and improve company health and safety programs
Conduct site visits, inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, spills, and near misses




Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Deliver training and provide practical safety guidance
Requirements: Senior-level health and safety support experience
Knowledge of applicable legislation and industry best practices
