Stantec seeks a Regional Project Controls Lead to guide teams and advise senior business and operational leaders. The role connects portfolio performance, governance, escalation, and capability development across business centers. It also advances consistent project-controls standards, processes, and practices across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Lead regional Project Controls teams and coordinate priorities and deployment
Partner with leaders on margin, risk, DSO, and resourcing
Review R3 and PCSR reporting for trends and emerging risks
Provide recommendations and escalation through financial-management forums




Develop and implement regional Project Controls frameworks and standards
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and ten years of progressively responsible experience
Experience in project controls, accounting, finance, or project management
Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management and financial performance
Success leading teams and influencing senior operational leaders
Ability to synthesize portfolio information into executive recommendations
Apply strategic leadership, portfolio governance, and project-controls expertise to strengthen Stantec’s Ontario and Atlantic regional performance.
