As Manager, Human Resources Business Partnerships, you will lead Senior HR Business Partners supporting Oil Sands and LTCHO business units. Provide direct partnership to an assigned client group while advising on complex workforce and organizational matters. Lead people initiatives, mentor HR talent, and support HR programs across Cenovus.

Use people metrics to identify trends and solutions
Requirements: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience
Eight-plus years in HR Business Partnering or comparable roles
Expertise in organizational design and team effectiveness
Experience influencing leaders and leading organizational change
Bring strategic HR expertise, organizational effectiveness, and people leadership to Cenovus’s Calgary-based Canadian Heavy Oil Operations.
