The Skilled Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) seeks an Employment Relations Officer to join the Ontario Regional office in Toronto. The role provides labour relations advice and representation to the Institute and its members on a full range of workplace matters.
The successful candidate will manage cases, including grievances, mediation, arbitration, and settlements; contribute to policy positions; and support steward development through training and tools.
