As a Senior Electronics Developer, you will optimize battery modules and develop BMS electronics for battery energy storage systems. You will integrate battery subsystems with switchgear, contactors, protection devices, power conversion systems, and external controls. Collaboration includes embedded firmware, mechanical, production, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead BMS electronics design from concept through production
Integrate battery packs, switchgear, contactors, and protection systems
Develop wiring diagrams, harnessing concepts, and electrical architectures
Validate designs through testing, simulations,



and performance analysis
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electrical developers
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Eight or more years developing circuits and electrical systems
Experience with stationary BESS or high-voltage battery platforms
Proficiency with OrCAD, Altium, Allegro, or related tools
Expertise in analog, digital, embedded, and communication interface design
