As Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape strategic growth through positioning, capture planning, and proposal development. You will influence major opportunities while collaborating with senior leaders across markets. The work focuses on sustainable growth, compelling strategies, and lasting impact for clients, communities, and the built workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic pursuits
Develop capture plans for major opportunities
Analyze markets and competitive intelligence
Lead compliant, high-quality proposal submissions
Maintain opportunity records in Oracle and business systems
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
Eight or more years in pursuit or capture management
Experience developing winning pursuit strategies
Understanding of procurement and Alternative Delivery Projects
Advanced communication and presentation skills
