Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day 24/7 physical security operations
Lead staffing coverage and operational continuity
Coach employees and manage performance actions
Monitor access control, CCTV, and incident tools
Maintain logs, reports, and required documentation
Requirements: Associate degree and six-plus years security experience
Three-plus years managing people
Hands-on CCTV and access control experience
Microsoft Office proficiency for reporting and tracking
