Raise is hiring a Workforce Software Functional Consultant for targeted, short-term functional and technical support. You will support Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Pay Rules, SQL, and integrations across Workforce Software, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Payroll. The work focuses on reducing enhancement backlogs and strengthening support capacity.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve complex Tier 2/3 support tickets within agreed SLA timelines
Configure and test scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Pay Rules
Develop SQL queries and mathematical formulas for pay calculations
Support integrations between WFS, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Payroll




Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
Requirements: Five-plus years configuring and supporting Workforce Software
Three to five years using SQL and complex workforce formulas
Experience supporting payroll integrations and enterprise WFM ecosystems
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills
Current Workforce Software Functional or Configuration Certification
