This hands-on engineer improves a modern cloud platform supporting thousands of users. You will collaborate with Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, and Cybersecurity. The work emphasizes automation, observability, production troubleshooting, and scalable AWS services.
Key Responsibilities: Build reliable and available production services
Troubleshoot application and platform issues through root cause
Develop automation for repetitive operational work
Administer Dynatrace, Splunk, dashboards, alerts, and metrics
Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
Requirements: Solid .NET and C# software development experience
Experience supporting production applications
Experience with AWS, ECS, EC2, and CloudWatch
Knowledge of Terraform, Terragrunt, CI/CD, and Docker
