The Manager, Process Engineering leads process analysts and engineers while developing improvement plans for key processes and work centers. You will standardize procedures and product flow, support performance improvement, and guide initiatives across assigned value streams. The role combines engineering leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage local process engineering resources and methodology application
Lead initiatives improving productivity, quality, safety, and product flow
Provide analytics for capacity and resource decisions




Build team performance through coaching and career development
Implement corporate and operational engineering projects
Requirements: Undergraduate engineering degree, preferably industrial or process engineering
Skilled Engineering designation or completion within one year
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt preferred
Three to five years of relevant functional experience
Two or more years supervising employees
Bring engineering leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills to Canada Post’s Montréal operations and national standards.
