Design high-performance CPU server hardware at Nuvacore, applying schematic capture and power delivery expertise to next-generation data center systems.
As a Hardware Board Design Engineer, you will drive architecture, design, and development across the complete hardware lifecycle. Your work includes complex server motherboards, baseboards, and riser cards for high-performance, energy-productive computing platforms. You will collaborate with Silicon, Package Design, SI/PI, thermal, mechanical, and software teams on scalable system hardware.
Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture for multi-layer, high-density server boards
Create hierarchical schematics and select reliable components
Define stack-ups, routing constraints, placement, and shielding
Design VRMs and multiphase buck converter power paths
Lead prototype bring-up, debugging, and laboratory validation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Five-plus years designing high-speed hardware boards
Proficiency with Cadence, OrCAD, or Altium tools
Experience with PCIe, DDR, LPDDR, or USB interfaces
Hands-on debugging with scopes, DMMs, and network analyzers
Apply board architecture, high-speed design, and laboratory debugging expertise to Nuvacore’s next-generation CPU server platforms.
