Key Responsibilities: Manage ground-up ICI projects from planning through completion
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and reporting
Coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and ownership




Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project progress
Lead meetings and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Requirements: Proven Project Manager experience within ICI construction
Understanding of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and scheduling
Ability to manage stakeholders and drive accountability
