As Safety Manager, you will direct and improve safety programs at Uline’s 1.2 million-square-foot Toronto warehouse. Manage policies, procedures, audits, incident reviews, training initiatives, and compliance activities. Collaborate with management and Human Resources to advance safety goals and address worker’s compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Uline’s Toronto branch safety program, policies, and procedures
Establish safety goals with management and ensure compliance
Review incident reports and conduct warehouse safety audits




Lead Safety Coordinators implementing safety initiatives
Partner with Human Resources on worker’s compensation claims
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Three-plus years managing warehouse safety programs
First Aid, Material Handling Equipment, and Joint Health certifications
Provincial-level OHS experience preferred
Worker’s compensation or EHS experience is a plus
