As Director, IT Project Management, you will manage a portfolio of cutting-edge projects and lead five to ten Project Managers and Project Coordinators. You will oversee large, mission-critical technology initiatives supporting business unit priorities. Success requires end-to-end project delivery, integration project experience, and interest in architecture and high-level design.

Manage project interdependencies, risks, standards, and procedures

and senior management relationships
Direct, coach, develop, and manage team performance
Requirements: Ten or more years in IT project management or similar leadership
Experience delivering projects end to end
Experience working in matrix environments
Experience with integration projects and stakeholder relationships
Interest in architecture and high-level design
Bring strategic project delivery, technology governance, and people leadership to CIBC’s complex Toronto initiatives.
