As Director, Cash Management, you will champion CIBC’s client relationship vision while guiding solutions for high-value clients and prospects. You will lead Senior Managers, Managers, and Associates based in Eastern Canada, supporting portfolio growth, profitability, and client service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct Cash Management teams across Eastern Canada
Originate, structure, negotiate, and document complex solutions
Develop portfolio strategies supporting growth and revenue targets




Build client relationships and expand existing partnerships
Gather and distribute competitive market feedback
Requirements: Five to ten years of commercial banking or sales experience
Experience with complex treasury or cash management needs
Understanding of credit, risk, business, and financial concepts
Solid sales, relationship management, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
Bring people leadership, portfolio management, and cash management expertise to CIBC’s Calgary-based commercial banking team.
