As Project Manager, you will guide institutional, commercial, and industrial projects from pre-construction through completion. You will support protected, timely, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining quality standards. The position requires construction knowledge, leadership, communication, and effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from pre-construction through completion
Prepare budgets, track variances, and provide forecasts
Maintain safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets
Represent Bockstael in contractual obligations




Resolve issues and mitigate project risks proactively
Requirements: Engineering, technology, or related degree
Five or more years of construction industry experience
Medium to large multifamily project experience
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Technical accuracy and creative problem-solving ability
Bring construction leadership, project controls, budgeting, and stakeholder communication expertise to Bockstael Construction’s complex projects.
