This Senior Estimator role sits within a growing infrastructure division of an employee-owned Tier 1 contractor. You will lead estimates for roads, bridges, transit systems, airports, and heavy civil projects. The position combines commercial judgment, technical analysis, bid strategy, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead estimates across medium to large infrastructure pursuits
Drive conceptual estimating, budgeting, and bid preparation
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical requirements
Develop constructability solutions and competitive bid strategies
Mentor junior estimators and support estimating teams
Requirements: Ten to twelve years of field and estimating experience
Heavy civil, transit, or infrastructure estimating experience
Solid procurement and tendering process knowledge
Ability to lead estimates and coordinate teams
Strong commercial, technical, and communication capabilities
