The Project Scheduler reports to the Area Manager and Production Supervisor. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Project Leads, subcontractors, and customers while developing detailed execution schedules. The work combines project tracking, job costing, earned value analysis, resource planning, and schedule reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain overall Primavera P6 project schedules
Obtain daily and weekly status reports from Project Leads
Coordinate and chair project planning meetings
Integrate manpower loading and resource requirements
Report schedule updates, variances, impacts, and risks
Requirements: Five to ten years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience
Fabrication or construction project scheduling background
Understanding of job costing and project tracking systems
Previous construction site experience
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills
