This experienced CC&B; Test Lead manages testing for utility-based projects and related integrations. The work covers Oracle CC&B;, EDI validation, functional and integration testing, and stakeholder coordination. Tosca or Selenium experience is preferred for automated testing.
Key Responsibilities: Lead testing for Oracle Customer Care and Billing applications
Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and execution schedules
Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
Validate CC&B; EDI processes, APIs, services, and application layers




Coordinate defect triage, resolution, reporting, and quality assurance
Requirements: Experience leading CC&B; or utility project testing activities
Expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing
Knowledge of utility operations and industry requirements
Experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools
Solid stakeholder management, reporting, and team leadership skills
