OCL is seeking an experienced Shovel Maintenance Supervisor for maintenance crews supporting shovel maintenance, component change-outs, and outage work. You will oversee mining equipment activities while coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, lube checks, and reporting. This position requires supervisory experience and strong safety leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Direct safe, productive, high-quality shovel maintenance and outage execution
Oversee component change-outs, shovel splits, and track frame replacements
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and fleet lube checks
Lead toolbox talks,



JSAs, FLHAs, and safety standards
Manage schedules, time reporting, LEM reporting, and progress tracking
Requirements: Heavy Duty Mechanic, HET, or Millwright Red Seal certification
JM Off Road or Millwright ticket
Three to five years of heavy equipment experience
Supervisory experience leading mining equipment maintenance crews
Availability for day or night outage rotation shifts
