MGAC seeks a mid to senior Project Manager with five-plus years managing construction projects. You will oversee critical environment work, including data centers, labs, or hospitals, while applying building design, construction, and MEP knowledge. The position requires independent project ownership, team leadership, and client-focused decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full project scopes independently
Lead schedule, scope, and budget management
Develop risk and contingency plans
Guide schedule and budget recovery planning
Maintain client vision as a trusted partner
Requirements: Five-plus years construction project management experience
Two-plus years critical workplace construction experience
MEP experience in ground-up construction
Construction-related degree or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bring data center construction, MEP, risk management, and client partnership expertise to MGAC’s Edmonton project team.
