As Senior Director, you will lead McCain’s Global Revenue Growth Management Centre of Excellence. Establish frameworks, governance, and roadmaps that strengthen profitable growth across Retail, Foodservice, and Quick Service Restaurant channels. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Supply Chain, and IT/Digital teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead McCain’s global RGM strategy and Centre of Excellence model
Define multi-year roadmaps aligned with regional commercial objectives
Govern global frameworks, scorecards, standards, and performance routines
Advance pricing, promotions, trade investment, and portfolio optimization




Build global RGM, analytics, and capability specialists
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or analytical discipline
Minimum 12 years of progressive relevant experience
Minimum five years leading teams in complex organizations
Experience leading global RGM capability or a Centre of Excellence
Expertise in pricing, promotions, trade investment, and portfolio management
