Key Responsibilities: Analyze compensation against internal roles and external market data
Recommend salary structures, merit budgets, and pay equity improvements
Manage Canadian T4 and RL-1 adjustment inputs
Reconcile pension contributions and support annual pension audits




Maintain Total Rewards communications and employee portal content
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources administration
Four years’ Canadian compensation, payroll tax, and pension experience
Certified Compensation Professional designation or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Canadian compensation, pension, and payroll taxation
Excel reporting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
