As District Manager, you will spearhead the Industrial Services Team and report directly to the Regional Manager. Manage union and non-union direct reports while coordinating execution, resources, customers, and operational standards. Your responsibilities span planning, financial reviews, asset management, bidding, estimating, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily activities and delegate duties during work execution
Perform site walks and verify labor, equipment, and material resources
Review budgets, forecasts, P&L;, and cost optimization programs
Develop bids, project costing,



scopes, and method statements
Coordinate HSE, administration, shutdown planning, and turnarounds
Requirements: Minimum five years leadership or project management experience
Industrial Cleaning or related field experience
Understanding of oil, gas, and pulp mill facilities
Solid customer relationships within the industry
Proficiency in Gmail, Sheets, and Docs
Apply industrial leadership, operational planning, customer relations, and safety expertise to direct complex Industrial Services execution.
