This full time manager position oversees complex engineering projects from concept through implementation. You will support infrastructure expansion, facility upgrades, equipment modernization, and operational optimization. The work involves plant leadership, maintenance teams, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead major engineering and capital projects across manufacturing facilities
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and business cases
Manage execution, commissioning, and operational handoff
Support automation, infrastructure, and equipment modernization initiatives




Ensure projects meet safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
Requirements: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline
15+ years of progressive engineering experience
Experience within food manufacturing, CPG, or related industries
Leadership experience managing teams and complex capital projects
Strong project management, budgeting, and execution capabilities
Bring engineering leadership, capital project management, and automation experience to Mother Parkers’ expanding manufacturing operations across North America.
